All cosmetic tattooing, tinting and lash lift treatments require a patch test atleast 24-48 hrs before procedure. This applies to all new clients, any clients who have not been for 6 months plus or if any changes in medical history since last treatment. Please book a patch test by selecting 'Patch Test/Free Consultation' from the service list prior to the appointment you require. It is your responsibility to book this with enough time before the actual treatment.
Our online booking system requires 'card capture' to book but your card will NOT be charged unless you are booking in a treatment that requires an upfront booking fee (deposit). Otherwise you will still need to make payment on the day of your appointment.
Any booking fees (deposits) paid for treatments will be taken off the overall price of the treatment. Failure to attend your appointment on the day will result in loss of booking fee.
If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, 24 hour notice is required. In the event of cancellation/rearranging with less then 24 hours notice or failure to turn up to your appointment would mean paying 100% of the overall price of your original booking, this will be taken as a fee from the card stored on our system and/or loss of any booking fees paid. To rebook a booking fee (deposit) may be required. You may also be required to pay a deposit to rebook in future. Unpaid balances need to be cleared before rebooking and if not settled may be at risk of being blocked from the system. Clients late by 15 minutes for their appointment may be cancelled and any deposit paid may be lost.
Please note that booking fees (deposits) are non-refundable in most circumstances unless there are extraneous circumstances, contact us directly if this is the case and we can discuss your refund in more detail. You can however rearrange your appointment up to 24hrs before, any booking fee (deposit) paid will be transferred to the new date.
Please ensure to book patch test, cosmetic tattooing, lip fillers and anti wrinkle treatments at least 2 weeks either side of vaccines.
